Our Company 
Kuad Sdn Bhd was established in 1987, as a subsidiary of UEM Group Bhd. Ourcore business is the supply of quarry materials and bituminous premix products- two major components in the construction of the nations infrastructure facilities.
Operation commenced only in 1991 when Kuad took over a quarry at Penanti in Bukit Mertajam, form the Public Works Department. The Takeover was carried out under the privatization exercise initiated by the Penang State Government.
KUAD has also been actively involved in road construction and maintenance works, which are logical extensions to our core business. In 2007, KUAD embarked on a new business under its expansion programmer, which is the production and sale of ready mixed concrete.
Today, KUAD is at the forefront of the Industry, with an established presence In the Northern Region
