Who we are 
Kuad Sdn Bhd was established in 1987, as a subsidiary of UEM Group Bhd. Our core business is the supply of quarry materials and bituminous premix products- two major components in the construction of the nation’s infrastructure facilities.
Operation commenced only in 1991 when Kuad took over a quarry at Penanti in Bukit Mertajam, form the Public Works Department. The Takeover was carried out under the privatization exercise initiated by the Penang State Government.
